Service & Payment Terms

Admiral Pro Cleaning (Admiral Services LLC) provides commercial cleaning services — and, launching in 2026, luxury final cleaning for high-end residential projects.

How engagements begin. Every engagement starts with a walkthrough and a written scope. Work is scheduled once the proposal is accepted and the service agreement is signed, so both sides know exactly what the standard covers before the first visit.

Payment. Invoices are issued monthly and are due by the last day of the service month. Payment is by card or bank transfer (ACH) through the secure invoice link or client portal. Accounts more than ten days past due accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month, as stated in the service agreement.

Our standard, and what happens if we miss it. Every job closes with a walkthrough against a written checklist. If any part of the work does not meet the standard, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and correct it at no charge. If a correction is not possible, we will credit the affected portion of the invoice.

Cancellation. Recurring service may be ended with 30 days’ written notice. Scheduled visits and final-clean projects may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the appointment at no charge.
