About Admiral Pro Cleaning
A Name Chosen as a Promise.
Admiral Pro Cleaning was founded by a U.S. Navy veteran who named the company after an admiral he served under. That decision was not decoration. It was a commitment — that every job carried out under this name would have to be worthy of it.
Since 1996 — Commercial Discipline
Where the Standard Comes From.
Our commercial cleaning experience dates back to 1996 — offices, houses of worship, daycares, apartment buildings, and commercial properties where the work is judged every single morning by the people who walk through the door. There is no hiding in that kind of work. A corridor is either ready or it is not.
The company’s founder, a U.S. Navy veteran, ran the operation the way the service taught him to run anything: define the scope, follow the protocol, inspect the result, and put your name on it. Decades of commercial work confirmed a simple truth — a building doesn’t stay trusted because of one great clean. It stays trusted because the standard never moves.

Why an Admiral?
The Admiral Standard, in Practice.
01
Scope Before Work.
Every engagement begins with a defined scope: what will be cleaned, to what level of detail, and how it will be verified — agreed before the first surface is touched.
02
Protocol Over Improvisation.
Detail work follows an ordered protocol — top to bottom, room by room — so nothing depends on memory or mood. Consistency is engineered, not hoped for.
03
Inspection Before Handover.
A job is not finished when the cleaning stops. It is finished when the final walkthrough is complete and every line of the scope holds up under scrutiny. Inspection-ready is the only “done” we recognize.
04
A Name on the Work.
Accountability here is personal. When a space is handed over, someone has stood in it, checked it against the checklist, and put the Admiral name behind it.
What We Hold Ourselves To.
Discipline.
The standard doesn’t depend on the day. The same protocol, the same sequence, the same level of final detail — whether the space is a daycare corridor or a just-finished luxury residence.
Accountability.
The walkthrough is ours to pass, not yours to catch. If something misses the mark, we own it and correct it.
Respect.
We treat every space as if its owner were standing beside us — careful hands, quiet professionalism, and white-glove regard for the property, its finishes, and the people who use it.
Precision.
Detail is the job, not a bonus. Edges, seams, tracks, thresholds, fixtures — the places most eyes skip are the places our checklist begins.

The Next Chapter
A New Service.
The Same Standard.
Luxury final cleaning is the newest chapter of Admiral Pro Cleaning — and we say that plainly, because honesty is part of the standard. What is not new is the discipline behind it. Since 1996, our commercial work has demanded spaces ready for other people’s judgment: congregations on Sunday morning, parents at daycare drop-off, tenants and clients walking through the front door.
A high-end residential project at handover demands the same thing at a finer grain. Post-construction and renovation final cleans are inspection work: dust where no one thought to look, protective films and residues removed without a trace, finishes presented flawless because the owner’s first impression happens exactly once. We didn’t invent a new philosophy for this work. We brought the one we already trusted — and sharpened it to white-glove tolerance.
Judge Us on the Walkthrough.
Every claim on this page is tested the same way: at the final walkthrough, in your building or your home, with your eyes on the detail. That is a test we prepare for on every job. If you want a cleaning partner that expects to be inspected, we should talk.
