Admiral Pro Cleaning is the trade name of Admiral Services LLC. This page describes what information this website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Effective August 31, 2026.
What we collect. When you request a walkthrough or contact us through this site, we receive what you provide: your name, company or project type, the service you are interested in, your phone number, your email address, and anything you write about the property. If you call or email us directly, we keep the ordinary records of that correspondence. Beyond what you choose to send, this website collects standard usage measurements — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and how the pages are used — through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tools use cookies. They do not know your name, and we do not use them for advertising.
What we use it for. To respond to you, schedule your walkthrough, prepare your proposal, and deliver the service you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.
Who processes it. Framer hosts this website and handles form submissions. Google Workspace carries our email. Google Analytics measures site usage for us — pages visited and how visitors arrive. Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used — scrolling, clicks, and where visitors stop — in anonymized form. Quo carries our business phone line — calls and text messages with us pass through it. Homeworks (Copilot Software) runs our client records, scheduling, proposals, and invoicing, including the client portal. Stripe processes client payments; card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe, and we never see or store full payment numbers. Each processes your information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it. Inquiry records are kept as long as they are useful to serving you. Client records are kept for the duration of the service relationship, and afterward as required for ordinary business and tax purposes.
Your choices. Write to info@admiralprocleaning.com or call (908) 228-9731, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept for legal or accounting reasons. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings; every part of this site works without them.
Changes. If our practices change, this page changes first.
